Participants

The Arlington County Fair provides something for everyone. There are so many ways to participate! If you own a small business, restaurant or food truck, join us as an indoor vendor or a food vendor. Showcase your talents on our Entertainment Stage or share your crafts in Competitive Exhibits and compete for a ribbon.

Also check out ways you can support the Arlington County Fair by volunteering at the Fair, joining the Board or donating!

Competitive Exhibits

Competitive exhibits are at the heart of the Arlington County Fair providing the opportunity for community members to showcase their own talents and gifts. The 2022 Arlington County Fair’s theme is “What a Ride!” to celebrate the magic of this beloved Arlington tradition.

Competitive Exhibits Submissions

  • Wednesday, August 17, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 18, 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (only for perishable items; Departments I, II, VI, VII)

Awards Ceremony

  • Saturday, August 20, 7PM
  • Pickup submissions/entries following Awards Ceremony or on Sunday, August 21, 3PM-6PM

Entry Deadline

  • Online entries will not be accepted after August 15, 2022 at midnight.

Thank you for your interest in being an Indoor Vendor at the Fair. Registration for 2022 is now closed.

Participating vendors, please review the 2022 Indoor Vendor / Arts & Crafts Juried Guidelines and the 2022 Night Market Vendor Guidelines if you wish to participate.
