The Arlington County Fair provides something for everyone. There are so many ways to participate! If you own a small business, restaurant or food truck, join us as an indoor vendor or a food vendor. Showcase your talents on our Entertainment Stage or share your crafts in Competitive Exhibits and compete for a ribbon.

Indoor Vendor registration for the 2024 Fair is now open!
We welcome a variety of businesses and organizations as Indoor Vendors at the Arlington County Fair, including arts and crafts, political organizations/candidates, community and civic organizations, non-profit organizations, multi-level marketers, and commercial businesses.

2024 Night Market Vendor registration is now open!
The Arlington County Fair Arts and Crafts Night Market is a one-night-only outdoor market that allows artists and crafters to showcase their talent and products to thousands of Northern VA residents. Questions about the Night Market can be directed to vendors@arlingtoncountyfair.us.

Food Vendor Spaces
With all the fun you’re going to be having at the fair, you’re bound to work up an appetite! Check back for a list of participating food vendors.
Interested vendors, complete the online application and review the vendor rules to be considered. Applicants will be contacted within two weeks regarding their application status. 2024 food vendor fees for 10’x10′ Booth:
- Single Concessionaire– $1,300 (select this option if you sell one type of item such as ice cream or pizza)
- Full-Service Concessionaire– $2,000 (select this option if you sell more than one type of item)
Note that food vendor row has been relocated to the parking lot off 2nd St S next to the tennis courts, directly next to the Beer Garden. Food trucks will be set up along the sidewalk at the lower synthetic turf field.
*Additional space can be purchased for $250 per 5′ x 5′ increments.

Be A Competitor
Each year, the Arlington County Fair welcomes Fair goers to participate in Competitive Exhibits (CE). It’s an opportunity for participants to showcase their artistic work and/or products they’ve made or grown, and to compete against others in the same categories.

Competitive Exhibits Submissions
- Online registration closes Monday, August 12, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
- Item drop-off is Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from 4 p.m.- 8 p.m
- Baked good submissions should be delivered on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 7:30 a.m.-9 a.m.
Awards Ceremony
- Sunday, August 18, 2024, at 1 p.m.

We are looking for musicians, dance acts, singers, and more to perform at our free performance areas. In particular, we strive to showcase artists and performers from Arlington and the DC Metro region.
